Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement supply chain strategies and policies to optimize procurement, inventory management, and distribution processes.
Collaborate with internal departments, including operations, engineering, and finance, to forecast demand, plan procurement activities, and manage inventory levels effectively.
Identify and qualify suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish partnerships to ensure reliable and cost-effective sources of supply.
Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual agreements, addressing issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites and facilities.
Implement inventory control measures, including cycle counting, stock replenishment, and surplus management, to minimize carrying costs and optimize asset utilization.
Analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies across the supply chain operations.

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics roles, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
