- Use a variety of techniques, including icing, piping, and sculpting, to decorate cakes and pastries with precision and creativity.
- Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of baked goods.
- Coordinate with the culinary team and event planners to understand guest requirements and provide recommendations for dessert options.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the pastry kitchen, including proper storage and handling of ingredients and equipment.
- Stay updated on current trends and techniques in cake decorating and pastry arts to continuously improve skills and offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests to discuss cake designs and provide recommendations.
Education and Qualifications:
