Job Position: Urgent Farm Worker in Canada with Visa Sponsorship

Job Type: Full Time-Permanent

Responsibilities:

1. Perform a variety of manual tasks related to farming operations, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
2. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, such as tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems.
3. Assist with livestock care, including feeding, cleaning, and monitoring animal health.
4. Participate in the maintenance and repair of farm structures, fences, and equipment.
5. Follow established farming practices and safety procedures to ensure the efficient and sustainable operation of the farm.
6. Collaborate with team members to accomplish daily tasks and meet production targets.
7. Monitor crop and livestock conditions, identifying and reporting any issues or concerns to the farm supervisor.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, including barns, storage areas, and equipment sheds.
9. Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines governing agricultural operations, including animal welfare standards and environmental practices.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the farm supervisor or management.

Requirements:

1. Valid work permit or ability to obtain a visa for employment in Canada (Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
2. Previous experience in farming, agriculture, or related field is preferred but not required.
3. Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous manual labor in various weather conditions.
4. Knowledge of farm machinery and equipment operation is an asset.
5. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
7. Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
8. Understanding of and adherence to health and safety protocols.
