Responsibilities:

• Implement merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility and drive sales in assigned retail stores.
• Set up and arrange product displays according to planograms, ensuring proper placement, pricing, and stock availability.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, display effectiveness, and stock levels.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and rotation to maximize product freshness.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with store managers and staff to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
• Conduct product training and demonstrations for store staff to enhance product knowledge and sales performance.
• Collect and report on market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback, to inform merchandising strategies.
• Execute promotions and marketing campaigns, including the setup of point-of-sale materials and signage.
• Identify and report any product quality issues or stock discrepancies to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of products and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to merchandising activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail merchandising or a related role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with store teams.
• Familiarity with planograms, product placement, and merchandising techniques.

• Flexibility to work in different retail locations and adapt to changing priorities.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving stock.
