Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft’s products, services, and solutions within assigned solution areas.
- Engage with customers to understand their business needs and challenges, and recommend appropriate Microsoft solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify opportunities, develop solution proposals, and close deals.
- Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase Microsoft’s solutions and capabilities to customers and partners.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including solution architecture, design, and deployment.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT decision-makers, influencers, and technical specialists.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations to customers.
- Drive customer satisfaction and success by ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of Microsoft solutions.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, solution consulting, or pre-sales engineering.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft’s products and solutions, particularly in the assigned solution areas.
