Responsibilities:

- Monitor the delivery of home care services and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to home care staff, including training and performance management.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community agencies to coordinate care and support services.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of home care programs and implement improvements as needed.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, or a related field.
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Social Worker (RSW) designation is preferred.
- Previous experience in home care management or a similar supervisory role is an asset.
- Knowledge of home care policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
