Education

Experience

1-2 Years of Experience in Related field

Responsibilities:

• Assist the store manager in managing and motivating a team of sales associates.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Collaborate with the store manager to implement marketing and promotional activities.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• Previous experience in retail management or supervisory role preferred.
