• Respond promptly to equipment failures and breakdowns, diagnosing issues and implementing solutions.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule repairs and maintenance activities.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately and comprehensively.
• Train field personnel on proper equipment usage and maintenance procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in field operations.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in field support or technical maintenance roles.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or instrumentation systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
