Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Lead and supervise a team of accountants to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of accounting operations.
• Provide support to finance leadership in ad hoc projects and initiatives.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA is preferred.
• Proven experience in accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
