Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in managing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
• Supervise and train store staff to ensure they deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
• Assist in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue and achieve sales goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management and replenishment.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Prepare reports on store performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new store employees.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in retail management or assistant management role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including sales techniques and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and retail management software.
