Responsibilities:

- Handle reservations, process payments, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Housekeeping Attendant:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities, and ensure rooms are tidy and well-stocked for incoming guests.
- Restaurant Server:
- Take food and beverage orders from guests, serve meals, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and assist with basic food preparation tasks.
- Kitchen Porter:
- Assist kitchen staff with washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Dispose of waste properly, stock supplies, and adhere to food safety regulations.
- Bellhop/Porter:
