Experience:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency
Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
Analyze market trends and pricing data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues or disputes as needed
Prepare and maintain procurement records and reports for management review
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in procurement and supply chain management

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the energy industry
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Proficiency in procurement software and tools
