• Provide guidance and instructions to customers on how to resolve issues or use products effectively.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or technical teams for resolution.
• Document customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback in the company’s system.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles preferred.
