Experience

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and escort them to their tables
• Present menus and take orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
• Monitor table turnover and assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of orders

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
