Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store’s aesthetics and drive sales.
2. Create eye-catching product displays and arrange merchandise in an appealing manner.
3. Plan and execute window displays to attract customer attention and communicate promotional messages effectively.
4. Collaborate with the buying team to understand product assortment and develop visual merchandising plans accordingly.
5. Ensure that product displays are well-stocked, properly priced, and reflect the store’s brand identity.
6. Utilize creative props, signage, lighting, and other visual elements to enhance the overall store ambiance.
7. Monitor and maintain the visual presentation standards throughout the store, including aisles, shelves, and product fixtures.
8. Collaborate with the fashion and product teams to coordinate seasonal displays and promotions.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge in visual merchandising.
10. Analyze sales and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving visual merchandising strategies.

Requirements:

1. Degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Design, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
3. Strong creativity and ability to translate concepts into visually appealing displays.
4. Excellent understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and retail principles.
5. Proficiency in using design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
6. Strong knowledge of color schemes, lighting techniques, and spatial arrangements.
7. Attention to detail and ability to work with precision in arranging products and props.
8. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
9. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
11. Knowledge of Dubai retail market and customer preferences is a plus.
12. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
