Responsibilities:

5. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
6. Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and fix issues.
7. Optimize application performance to deliver a seamless user experience.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in full stack development.
9. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and expertise.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end development.
3. Extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
4. Proficiency in server-side programming languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
5. Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
6. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
9. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deployment tools is a plus.
10. Prior experience in a senior or leadership role is preferred.
