As a Driver at Kairos Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods or passengers.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles, such as cars, vans, or trucks, to transport goods or passengers to designated locations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving, ensuring the safety of the vehicle, passengers, and other road users.
• Follow delivery schedules or pickup instructions provided by the company or clients, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Load and unload goods or assist passengers in embarking and disembarking as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle, conducting routine inspections and reporting any maintenance or repair needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, displaying professionalism and courtesy towards clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or special requirements.
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately and promptly, such as delivery receipts, manifests, or passenger records.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a driver, preferably in a transportation or delivery role.
• Excellent driving skills, with a strong focus on safety, punctuality, and efficiency.
• Familiarity with local areas and routes within the designated service region.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects, if required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling and documenting deliveries or passenger information.
• Dependability and reliability in meeting transportation schedules.
• Flexibility in working hours, as occasional weekend or evening shifts may be required.
