• Handle reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure accuracy in billing and payment transactions.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in using hotel management software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
