• Provide training and development opportunities to team members, identifying and addressing any skills gaps or performance issues.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex or sensitive customer queries, resolving issues effectively and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and implementing appropriate strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a strong focus on quality and service delivery.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and promoting continuous learning within the team.
• Prepare regular reports and updates on team performance, achievements, and challenges, presenting findings to senior management as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within the recruitment or human resources industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence others.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Sound knowledge of recruitment processes, employment legislation, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for project management, reporting, and data analysis.
