Job Summary:

As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional spa treatments and services to our guests, promoting relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being. Your expertise in various spa therapies, along with your passion for delivering personalized experiences, will contribute to creating a tranquil and memorable spa environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to create a serene and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and beauty services, based on guest preferences and needs.
2. Welcome guests warmly, conduct consultations, and recommend suitable treatments and products.
3. Create a calm and relaxing environment for guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their spa experience.
4. Perform spa treatments with a high level of technical expertise, following established protocols and techniques.
5. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and spa facilities.
6. Maintain accurate records of guest information, treatment preferences, and any relevant health or medical conditions.
7. Upsell spa services, retail products, and add-on treatments to enhance guest experiences and revenue.
8. Follow proper sanitation and sterilization procedures for equipment, tools, and linens.
9. Stay up to date with spa industry trends, new treatments, and product knowledge.
10. Assist with inventory management and stock control of spa products and supplies.
11. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
12. Collaborate with other spa staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
13. Promote and sell spa memberships, packages, and promotions.
14. Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or luxury spa setting.
2. Relevant qualifications in spa therapy, such as massage therapy, aesthetics, or beauty therapy.
3. Strong knowledge of various spa treatments, massage techniques, and skincare products.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Professional appearance and the ability to maintain a calm and serene demeanor.
6. Ability to create a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere for guests.
7. Strong attention to detail and the ability to tailor treatments to meet individual guest needs.
8. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
9. Understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures in a spa environment.
10. Basic computer skills for record-keeping and scheduling purposes.
11. High level of integrity and respect for guest privacy and confidentiality.
