Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance: Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, theft, or any suspicious activities.
2. Access Control: Control access points, ensuring only authorized personnel and customers enter the premises.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, including providing assistance during emergencies.
4. CCTV Monitoring: Operate and monitor CCTV systems to maintain a comprehensive view of the premises.
5. Customer Assistance: Provide assistance and directions to customers, maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor.
6. Report Writing: Maintain detailed and accurate records of security-related incidents and activities.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with management and law enforcement agencies as needed.

Education and Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience as a Security Guard is preferred.
3. Security Guard license or certification as required by local regulations.
4. Strong observation and communication skills.
5. Ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies.
6. Physical fitness and the ability to stand and patrol for extended periods.
