Education

Experience

• 1-2 Years of Experience On Related Field 

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and policies
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and room reservations
• Relay messages accurately and promptly
• Handle emergencies and coordinate with relevant departments
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a telephone operator or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with hotel operations is a plus
• Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism
