Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair work orders.
• Receive and process work requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Liaise with maintenance teams to allocate resources and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, including status and completion details.
• Generate reports on work order progress and departmental performance.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding work schedules.
• Support the implementation of work control processes and procedures.
• Assist in the development and optimization of work control systems.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Work Control Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in using work control software and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of maintenance and repair processes is advantageous.
