Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to understand and address HR needs aligned with organizational goals.
• Implement HR strategies and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Conduct talent acquisition activities, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Support employee relations by addressing concerns, conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Facilitate performance management processes and contribute to employee development.
• Collaborate with the HR team to implement and drive HR programs.
• Stay current on HR trends and best practices.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI) is an advantage.
