Education

• High School /Bachelor Degree / Diploma 

Experience

• 1-2 Years of Experience

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily farming activities.
• Monitor and manage crop production, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Hire, train, and oversee farm workers, providing guidance and support.
• Implement and enforce safety and operational procedures.
• Maintain records of planting, harvesting, and other farming activities.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement farm plans and strategies.
• Inspect equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the farming process.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant college or university degree is an asset.
• Previous experience in farm management or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of agricultural practices, crop management, and equipment operation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
