Education

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the workshop.
• Ensure efficient allocation of tasks and resources to meet service targets.
• Monitor the quality of maintenance and repair work to uphold high standards.
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance appointments.
• Train and mentor workshop staff to enhance skills and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment.
• Collaborate with Parts Advisors to ensure timely availability of required components.
• Uphold safety standards and compliance with regulations.

Education and Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Automotive Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and repair.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with workshop management software is a plus.
