Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers and project teams to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and organizational objectives.
2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for various positions within Mace Group.
3. Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques, to identify and engage potential candidates.
4. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability for specific roles based on their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process.
6. Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other selection methods, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
7. Conduct reference checks and verify candidate credentials to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information.
8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate and finalize employment offers, taking into account market trends, internal guidelines, and candidate expectations.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process.
10. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, time-to-fill metrics, and other relevant data.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar recruitment role within the construction industry or related sectors.
2. Solid understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
4. Strong ability to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit to align with Mace Group’s values and requirements.
5. Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other relevant tools to manage and track the recruitment process.
6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment assignments concurrently, while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
7. Knowledge of relevant employment legislation, compliance requirements, and industry trends related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
8. A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
