Job Description

Naso Farms Inc. is a leading agricultural company operating in Canada, specializing in the production of high-quality crops and livestock. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as General Farm Workers at various locations across the country.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Crop and Livestock Maintenance: Assist with daily tasks related to the care and maintenance of crops and livestock. This may include feeding, watering, cleaning, and monitoring the health of animals, as well as planting, cultivating, irrigating, and harvesting crops.
2. Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment such as tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems, and other relevant tools.
3. General Farm Duties: Perform a variety of general farm duties, including fencing, repairing structures, maintaining farm buildings and equipment, and assisting with the construction of new facilities.
4. Crop Processing and Packaging: Participate in post-harvest activities such as cleaning, sorting, grading, and packaging crops for distribution.
5. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Comply with relevant agricultural regulations and best practices.
6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, crop yields, livestock inventory, and other relevant data as required.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in farm work or agriculture is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Familiarity with farm machinery and equipment is an asset.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Basic communication skills in English.
