Job Responsibilities

As a Junior Barista, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks to customers, ensuring quality and consistency.
2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer preferences.
3. Beverage Knowledge: Maintain a deep knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and beverage recipes.
4. Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders.
5. Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change.
6. Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of food items, such as pastries and sandwiches, as needed.
7. Quality Control: Ensure the quality and presentation of beverages and food items meet established standards.
8. Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning tables and countertops.

Education and Qualification

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not mandatory.
• Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
