Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
2. Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions, providing evidence-based care and treatment plans.
3. Prescription and Medication Management: Prescribe medications and manage medication regimens, ensuring patient safety and compliance.
4. Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and referrals.
5. Patient Education: Provide education to patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Canada.
• Master’s degree in Nursing (NP stream).
• Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
