Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to management and staff, including data entry, document management, and file organization.
- Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and reports.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Canadian immigration laws and experience with visa and work permit processing is a plus.
