Key Responsibilities:

  1. Staff Supervision: Oversee and provide guidance to restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and support staff.
  2. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Order Management: Manage table assignments, order flow, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
  4. Quality Control: Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure that dishes meet the restaurant’s standards.
  5. Inventory Management: Assist with managing inventory levels, including restaurant supplies, beverages, and menu items.
  6. Scheduling: Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak dining hours.

  8. Cash Handling: Oversee cash transactions, including bill settlements and cash register reconciliation.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the restaurant industry is preferred.

  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including order management and staff supervision.
  • Familiarity with Indian cuisine is a plus but not required.
