Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as an Administrative Officer may include:

  • Providing administrative support to various departments within the organization.
  • Managing and organizing documents, records, and files in both physical and electronic formats.

  • Handling correspondence and communication, both internal and external.

  • Assisting with the coordination of office maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Adhering to data protection and confidentiality regulations.
  • Providing assistance to team members and managers as needed.

Education and Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, office management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with work visa and employment regulations for foreign Administrative Officers in Singapore (if applicable).
