Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Processing: Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, verification, and reconciliation, to ensure timely and accurate employee payments.
2. Compliance: Ensure payroll compliance with federal and state regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
3. Data Analysis: Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and improve payroll processes.
4. Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date payroll records, including employee information, tax data, and deductions.
5. Reporting: Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management and accounting purposes.
6. Employee Inquiries: Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, and deductions in a timely and professional manner.
7. Audits: Assist with internal and external payroll audits and reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Payroll Experience: Previous experience in payroll processing and analysis is preferred.

• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll calculations and data entry.
