Key Responsibilities:

- Case Management: Develop and implement individualized service plans for each youth, addressing their unique needs and goals.
- Safety and Supervision: Ensure the safety and well-being of youth under your care, providing supervision and guidance.
- Life Skills Training: Facilitate life skills workshops and activities to enhance the personal development of youth.
- Crisis Intervention: Handle crisis situations calmly and effectively, following established protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions, progress, and incidents.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers, psychologists, and educators, to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience working with youth in a similar capacity is a plus.
- Empathy: Demonstrated empathy and understanding for the needs and challenges of youth.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Visa Sponsorship: Must require visa sponsorship to work legally in the USA.
