Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Installation: Install, configure, and commission pharmaceutical and healthcare equipment at client sites.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Calibration and Validation: Conduct equipment calibration and validation activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including equipment logs, maintenance reports, and service manuals.
- Training: Train client personnel in the safe and effective operation of pharmaceutical equipment.
- Compliance: Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering preferred).
- Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
