Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and assisting with inquiries.
Sales and Performance: Collaborate with the Store Manager to meet or exceed sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Staff Development: Assist in training and developing store team members.
Financial Management: Support financial management by monitoring expenses and contributing to the budgeting process.
Compliance: Ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures.
