Position Overview:

As a Personal Assistant at Victoria Park Personal Care Community, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the community. You will work closely with other members of the team to ensure the smooth running of the community and the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the community, including coordinating activities and events, managing resident inquiries and concerns, and liaising with external vendors and service providers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident information, activities, and events.
  • Assist with the onboarding and orientation of new residents and staff.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
