Job Description:
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Montessori teachers to join our team. As a Montessori teacher at MIA Montessori Academy, you will be responsible for creating a positive and dynamic learning environment that encourages children to develop their skills and talents. You will be required to prepare lesson plans, conduct classes, assess the progress of the students, and communicate with parents and other staff members.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and conduct lessons as per the Montessori method and curriculum
- Observe and assess the progress of the students
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Communicate with parents and provide feedback on their child’s progress
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Perform other duties as assigned by the principal
Qualifications:
- Montessori Teacher Certification (AMI or MACTE accredited)
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and working with children
- Knowledge of child development and early childhood education
