Requirements:
Languages: English language proficiency is a must for candidates.
Education: Candidates must possess a diploma or trade certificate as their minimum educational requirement.
Candidates do not always need experience, but it is an advantage.
Credentials: first aid certification, a CPR certificate, and a license to practice as a registered nurse from a provincial or territorial body
Safety and security: Criminal background check, vaccination history, and TB test
Physical requirements include being physically demanding and capable of doing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- The applicants should be able to work meticulously.
- Candidates should be able to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time.
- The candidates should be open to working beyond hours
- The candidates should be capable of lifting large objects.
- Candidates should be proficient in manual dexterity tests.
- The candidates must have good hand-eye coordination and be able to differentiate between different colors.
Other prerequisites
- Accuracy, customer focus, dependability, organization, initiative, flexibility, reliability, judgment, and the ability to operate as a team member are all desirable qualities in a candidate.
- In addition to having great written and spoken communication abilities, the applicant should also be able to work well in a team environment.
