Experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive team’s schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Organize and prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.
  • Maintain confidential files and records.
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and financial documents.
  • Conduct research and compile data for special projects and reports.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure efficient office operations and manage office supplies.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the executive team.

Education and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
