- Monitor and assess residents’ health conditions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Educate residents and their families on healthcare plans.

Education and Qualification:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
