• Inspect and ensure that rooms and common areas meet Marriott’s cleanliness standards.
• Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper procedures and techniques.
• Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns related to cleanliness.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Conduct regular inspections and provide feedback to staff for continuous improvement.
• Implement and enforce health and safety guidelines.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
