Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping staff and oversee their daily tasks and schedules.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the facility, including cabins, common areas, and public spaces.
• Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure they meet cleanliness standards and address any deficiencies.
• Train and coach housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory and supplies for housekeeping operations and coordinate ordering as needed.
• Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services.
• Maintain records and documentation related to housekeeping activities and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in housekeeping or hospitality management is a plus.
• Previous experience in housekeeping roles, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
