Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating visual content that communicates our brand messages and enhances our marketing efforts. Your ability to design captivating graphics, illustrations, and layouts will be instrumental in engaging our target audience and promoting our products and services. This role requires proficiency in design software, a strong artistic flair, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Develop creative and eye-catching designs for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, flyers, social media posts, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and create visual assets that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
Conceptualize and design compelling infographics and visual narratives to communicate complex information effectively.
Create and edit images, illustrations, and photographs to enhance their visual appeal and suitability for specific projects.
Stay updated on design trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge and contemporary visual solutions.
Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.
Ensure all design materials adhere to copyright and usage rights, obtaining proper permissions when necessary.
Work closely with printers and production teams to oversee the quality and timely delivery of printed materials.
Assist in the design and maintenance of the company’s website and digital platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to achieve cohesive design outcomes.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to generate innovative design ideas.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining design standards.
Handle any other graphic design-related tasks or projects as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, preferably with a diverse portfolio of design work.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
Strong artistic skills and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Ability to work creatively and collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
UAE residency or work permit is required for local applicants; visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.
Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
