We’re currently looking to fill entry-level and mid-level roles across multiple branches in Dubai. These positions are perfect for qualified healthcare professionals, freshers, and support staff who wish to be a part of a meaningful career journey.

1. Registered Nurse (RN) – General Ward

Role: Provide direct nursing care to patients, assist doctors, manage medications and patient charts.
Requirements:

Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter
Minimum 2 years experience
Good communication skills

Salary: AED 6,500 – AED 8,000
Benefits: Company Visa, Medical Insurance, Overtime Pay

2. Nursing Assistant / Healthcare Assistant

Role: Support nurses and doctors by assisting with patient hygiene, mobility, and comfort.
Requirements:

Basic life support training
Friendly and caring attitude
Willing to work shifts

Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 5,000
Visa Provided: Yes

3. Receptionist (Clinic Front Desk)

Role: Greet patients, schedule appointments, handle inquiries and payments.
Requirements:

Fluency in English (Arabic is a bonus)
Computer proficiency (MS Office, EMR software)
Customer service mindset

Salary: AED 3,800 – AED 5,200
Location: Dubai Healthcare City Branch

4. Medical Laboratory Technician

Role: Collect samples, perform diagnostics, and report results using lab equipment.
Requirements:

DHA License or Eligibility
1+ years lab experience
Familiarity with pathology equipment

Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 6,500
Shift: Rotational

5. Pharmacist / Assistant Pharmacist

Role: Dispense medications, review prescriptions, and advise patients.
Requirements:

DHA License required
Accuracy and product knowledge
Friendly and ethical behavior

Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 7,500

6. Medical Biller / Insurance Claims Officer

Role: Process insurance claims, manage billing and reimbursements, and verify patient eligibility.
Requirements:

Experience with DHA and insurance portals
EMR and billing systems knowledge
Attention to detail

Salary: AED 4,500 – AED 6,000

7. Physiotherapist – Wellness & Rehab

Role: Design and execute recovery plans for patients with orthopedic or neurological conditions.
Requirements:

DHA License or Evaluation
2+ years clinical experience
Compassionate patient handling

Salary: AED 6,500 – AED 8,500
Shift: Flexible

8. Cleaner – Clinic & Ward Support

Role: Ensure high cleanliness standards across patient rooms, consultation areas, and waiting lounges.
Requirements:

Basic English
Physically fit
Prior healthcare cleaning experience preferred

Salary: AED 1,800 – AED 2,400 + overtime
Accommodation & Meals: Provided for male cleaners

9. Call Center Executive – Appointment Desk

Role: Answer patient inquiries, book appointments, follow up on test results and reminders.
Requirements:

Fluent English and Hindi/Arabic
Calm telephone manners
Computer and CRM knowledge

Salary: AED 3,800 – AED 4,800
Location: Central Booking Office, Dubai

10. Storekeeper – Medical Inventory

Role: Manage stocks of medicines, supplies, and equipment. Track incoming/outgoing inventory.
Requirements:

Knowledge of stock software (ERP)
Math and recordkeeping skills
Accuracy and accountability

Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 5,000
