Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary requirements.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are met at all times.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to organize food preparation and service efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area, following health and safety regulations.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary certificate or diploma from a recognized institution preferred.
• Previous experience working as a cook in a commercial kitchen setting.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• LMIA approval for foreign workers in Canada is required for this position.
