- Monitor food stock levels and communicate inventory needs to the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operation and timely service.
- Participate in training programs to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.
Education and Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role is advantageous.
