Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Reconcile and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Process payments, including checks, wire transfers, and online payments.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Support the finance team with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and records.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies and accounting discrepancies.
- Uphold company policies and accounting procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role is advantageous.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
- Strong numerical and data entry skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eligibility for visa sponsorship in the United Arab Emirates.
