Education:

• Secondary // Bachelor Degree / Diploma

Responsibilities:

1. Welding Tasks: Perform various welding tasks as required, including arc welding, MIG welding, TIG welding, and spot welding.
2. Metal Fabrication: Assist in metal fabrication and assembly processes to meet project specifications.
3. Interpretation of Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure accurate welding procedures.
4. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of welding work, adhering to industry standards and project requirements.
5. Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others.
6. Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain welding equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and construction workers, to complete projects efficiently.
8. Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot welding issues to ensure smooth project execution.
9. Reporting: Keep detailed records of welding activities and materials used for project documentation.

Qualifications:

1. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
2. Experience: Proven experience as a Welder in the construction or related industry is required.
3. Welding Certification: Possession of welding certifications is an advantage.
4. Visa Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship will be provided for qualified foreign candidates, allowing them to legally work in Sharjah.
5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in various welding techniques, equipment, and materials.
6. Safety Awareness: Strong knowledge of safety protocols and practices in welding operations.
7. Communication: Basic communication skills in English to understand instructions and collaborate with the team.
8. Physical Stamina: Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and lift heavy materials.
